Do I need a gym or can I do it from home?
You either need to be a member of a gym, or have access to barbells or dumbbells to train at home.
Counting calories sounds hard! I’m not sure I can do it?
Of course you can! Like any skill, the more you practice, the easier it gets. I also have some secret tactics to make this process even easier.

How many hours a week do I need to spare?
You will need to commit to a minimum of 4 sessions per week for approximately 1 hour for each session.
How quickly can I expect to see results?
As you already know, results do not happen overnight. However, all my clients lose weight every single week.
