Additionally, nutrition consultants Matt Jones MSc (who has worked with Liverpool FC, Wrexham AFC and Crusaders RL) and Amrish Vasdev MSc (who is currently working for Lucozade and Notts County FC) have also played a part in furthering my knowledge.

These professionals have been a great support to my learning, introducing me to the work of Alan Aragon and Lyle McDonald and helping me to an understanding of the scientific literature through appropriate research Journals.

I commenced a 8 week fat loss programme starting on the 7th March whereby on a weekly basis, I was given my macronutrient targets and a specific weight training programme and varying cardio sessions which were specific to the main areas that I wanted to work.
